I sleep eight hours a night, like non-negotiable. If I can't get my eight hours because I've got to do something late, I'm not going to train in the morning. So like 8pm, it's lights out for me. The only times when I realize I'm not sleeping well is when I actually take a break. Because you've got more energy inside you, but when you go into bed and you got all these things going on, you're not drained of it. So you're not going to sleep. It's often a sign that I didn't do the things that I was supposed to do during the day.
