I've been doing a half marathon every weekend, at least since January. But that feels quite intense. Do I have to do the same thing all over again? Or now that I've done it once, can I just like, not do so much training? And I have been feeling that was the answer. It depends what your goal is for the marathon next year. Long runs are really important but you could drop down in terms of distances after this next half marathon and do some kind of 5K 10K stuff if you want to,. or just run for fun for a while without a training plan.
