Do you think it's safe to characterize APOE4 as something that is mostly a risk for people in westernized societies, especially those who are insulin resistant? I see insulin resistant as this hugely important context. My feeling is that once you start to unpick some of those lifestyle factors that we know are associated with increased risk, APOE4 is going to be less of an issue,. But that's just my opinion; I don't have any really strong evidence to support that.
