When holding screening calls, the single most important thing we check for is whether someone can speak like a management consultant. We want to see if you can hold a conversation with me, the way a consultant would hold a conversation. Most people cannot do it. I'll go out and say it: Most people cannot speak clearly or in a structured way. With respect of how good you are at solving cases, we want to make sure you can communicate.
