I started in industrial B&C properties probably 20 years ago. My brother started buying them when he was brokering with a brokerage here in Dallas and I started just doing the property management on them. After about six years of that, I kind of got tired of the property management side and I moved into brokerage. Around that time my brother had started the Mercer company, which is an industrial brokerageHere in Dallas Fort Worth. And so I went to work with him and broke it really hard. We do sub-market specialization there. At the end of December, we hit, you know, about 105 million in assets,. You know, we're close to a million square feet now.
