In terms of how ideas are conceived or developed, is it all interior? I mean, aside from the drawing, like writers have workshops, for example. You test out a notion, maybe with a group of people, or some one close to you. Er, but you have to find the good curators. Despite their their pretensions, there are very, very few curators that have a general art historical structure in their minds. Most of them don't - they're purveyors of trends. And you ask them why something is good, or what it means in the longer run, or who really is in the canon and why, they have no idea. Whatever. i want
