David acknowledges that God will not always chide nor keep his anger forever. So the Lord shows compassion to those who fear him. For he knows our frame. He remembers that we are dust. The Lord has established his throne in the heaven and his kingdom rules over all. Oh, you, you, his angels. You mighty ones who do his word. Obey the voice of his word. Bless it be the name of the Lord. And again, we just keep circling back. To that bottom line question, what are you believing? What are you choosing to believe?
