Introduction

Dr. Banga Ogadegbe is the inaugural and founding director of the Institute for Excellence in Health Equity at NYU Langone Health. He is a general internist and he is also a member of the US Preventive Services Task Force. JAMA publishes the Task Force recommendation on screening for latent TB, as well as the evidence report on which it is based.
