Relationship Management - Is Your Feedback Really Important?
I think one of the things that's incredibly important about being in relationship is like if people don't ask for it's like your feedback then let's try not to provide it. I find too sometimes people you know you establish these relationships with these members and it's lovely but then maybe they kind of push the boundary in a sense of trying to get information also just like about company dynamics or co-workers. Being able to respond in a way that acknowledges the person but also holds the boundary this is something I have a very hard time with.
