Minority Contractors' Programs in Baltimore

There was a lawsuit recently in Baltimore by the Maryland Minority Contractors Association. They were trying to end Baltimore's minority contracting office because they said there's a small group of businesses that basically monopolize that. And more generally, as I said, the general process of trying to favor minorities in government jobs has unfortunately kind of segregated some of the workforce.
