Casey: I'm like the eye of Sauron from Lord of the Rings. Anything that has a dividend I'm focused on. And it's like, if if they don't pay a dividend, I'm like, eh, not really interested because my whole goal is to have dividend income without ever having to sell shares or sell the principal and just receive the interest.
