The Short Story Per Week Challenge

The short story per week challenge is a great way to learn the craft of writing by immersion, by osmosis. In recent years I've noticed that I'm keeping an incal-parill spiritual bookshelf in my soul, in my heart, in my mind. One shelf has novels and these are the novels that I have covered in my ink. The physical copies of which have broken spines and dog-eared pages. And then on another shelf I have poems. On another shelfI have single essays.
