The History of Egyptian Hieroglyphs

French philologist Jean-Francois Chompolion made breakthroughs in the translation of Egyptian hieroglyphs. The Rosetta Stone was incredible because it contained the same passage of speech in three different languages and this is thanks to something we mentioned in last week's podcast. This would prove to be the platform to accelerate the understanding and translation of many Egyptian texts and scripts. It opened the door to many stories and values of ancient Egypt society.
