The Enfranchisement of Children
I've tried this out on different audiences to be a laughable idea. It's either greeted in my experience with derision, or I mean, I let's say, lowering the voting age to six. Or if you're in school, you get a vote. But just to give more people the vote, find people who haven't got the vote and give it to them. Doesn't matter, in a sense, what the system is. It breathes new life into it. And the challenge for us, relatively speaking, is that we've enfranchised most people. So it's harder to find the people to enfranchise. For me, one of the arguments for
