The Government's Defensiveness on the Integral Review

I'm really frustrated because the government did not engage meaningfully with a lot of our recommendations and rejected some that we fundamentally disagree with them on. This is the one time where we have seen a real defensiveness that was not appropriate, actually, in the context of the fact that our findings came from speaking and listening to families. That's who came to Parliament today to sit behind me as I gave my statement. The families of those whose loved ones are still being held hostage and actually some survivors who have been drugged and beaten and abused and tortured because of their British passport.
