Breaking Down Hierarchies

A lot of the role model that goes on is between peers and between both in different hierarchical structures. I think sometimes it can be impossible to behave in a way that doesn't fit with what the senior people in your hierarchy are doing in that moment. So there's an onus on healthcare provider organizations and training organizations to be collecting from back. If those role models exist within their training and learning environments, then they should be helping to do some fairly robust role modeling themselves as well.
