Every Monday, we need as a leadership team for two sometimes longer hours. Tuesday mornings, we meet as an entire team and we brief everybody on everything that we've talked about the day before. And then you have departmental meetings, weekly as well. Each department has their own sink, which is great because you get to start from the leadership meeting for Monday. Then when we cover as a company on Tuesday, then you have that break day to actually work on the things discussed... It just helps a lot with transparency.
