How Many Deals Are You Working On?

"I was working on too many deals. I still had a pretty high close rate, but it was like roughly, I think, 30 deals that year and it was a medical device at the time," he said. "To do that much and with hospitals, it's like super technical. Like you have to do a million meetings." He says his strategy now is to be more strategic about where he needs to be in order to succeed.
