Is There a Red Flag?

The question came from lars torn he says, at which level o s b c does a raise a red flag for you if the share count doubles over a year. I don't think there is any hard rule on that. Am depends on the company though. So like some companies don't issue stock, like constellation softwere, they're weighted and their weighted average shares outstand well. But if you got a company that issues a lot of stock, base compensation, the weighted average shares is going to be very different than the deludiv curities or fully deluded share count later on.
