The Knowledge Graph and the Reactor Learning Algorithms

A knowledge graph can be the basis for a planning algorithm or an evolutionary algorithm. So I think you can always connect these worlds. It's just two sub-areas of artificial intelligence to structure and organize research, I think. But in the application in the end, of course, they can work together.
