One of the worst things you can do in the help industry is to discount your time. There's no point in putting financial duress on team members or systems. When you discount something like most Black Friday sales, it becomes very easy to sell. If you begin to become addicted to discounts, one of the byproducts will be a drop in perception of your brand quality.
