The Fed's Expectations for Rate Cuts in the Next 12 Months
The 10-year is benefiting a little bit from the fact that there's significant inflows into bond mutual funds. I don't really buy this skip idea because the economy doesn't move, you know, it's not that volatile. Michael Harten and over at Bank of America said that the biggest pain trade in the next 12 months is a Fed funds rate rising to 6% instead of 3%.
