Transitioning to Climbing Nutrition

Stephanie: I spent probably the first five years of my climbing almost exclusively bouldering and never really thought about body composition or weight. When I moved to Smith Rock and started sport climbing, I was just surrounded by people that were so much leaner than me. That was really what set me down a path that ended up backfiring. Stephen: In a lot of ways, I'm even less thoughtful about my training and more relaxed with it now because it's just working better for me.
