What I Learned in Q4

Selling is evolving to becoming more of a team sport, whereas previously it was kind of more of a lone wolf type of sport. We saw the highest of highs and some of the lowest of lows with some of the clients we worked with. So each one of those had to evolve and pivot quickly. And so that's one thing is just reacting quickly, but still maintaining that long-term focus has been a challenge for myself.
