Is the State of Thermodynamic Equilibrium of the Universe, Affecting the Four Dimensional Structure of Space Time?

If the universe were in thermal equilibrium, time would still be four dimensional space time. But microscopically, the particles are still moving. So time and space would still exist in the ordinary way. The arrow of time is a feature of time, but it is not time itself. You don't need an arrow for something to exist. If you're out there in space, floating in between the planets, there's no difference beng up, down, left, right, forward, backward,. Space still exists.
