I think that we're in a very important time right now where we can trigger activation of all these neural circuit trees sitting at home. We don't even have to get out of bed. I think the explosion of mental illness, the explosion of anxiety and depression is absolutely the consequence of ready availability of pleasures without effort. Lack of understanding about how our own basic physiology works has led to this problem.
