Biden's Remorse About Brexit

I don't think you can really judge the decision to leave the European Union immediately. It's a decision that probably needs to be evaluated and this is an hope of cop-out, but it can't really be evaluated for a decade or two. The Conservative Party in Brexit are very much seen as joint projects really, joint enterprises by the British people. Because the Conservative Party is so unpopular at the moment it's taintedBrexit. But I think we will get the opportunity to test that because even if the Tories lose the next election, it will still be out of the European EU in five, ten years. And we can make the comparison more accurately than anyone else.
