I think that building community is something I say to like everyone it feeling less alone just makes everything seem more manageable. 50% of American kids are affected by sibling abuse in some manner, according to a recent study. It's literally in the sharing is the lifting when you share a load with someone they're literally helping you lift it up so that is what what community did for me too and my heart breaks for people who go through something similar but it gives each of us a little bit of solace as well.
