Tingsi: I think managers are often caught between these two different tentions. And so i do think that anjops as has helped terms of capturing that work that's just falling. It's got them squeezed out by managers actually managing their people, and i more effective ways. Many companies have rolled at t p m d works really well for many companies, but there's no consistency across what t p m means. Think angops is kind of in that phase right now.
