Women of Color in Tech Jobs

Patrick harker has done the research of saying that there are so many skills that aren't in tec jobs. And yet those people aren't being shown or provided the opportunity to take that step ah into that tech community. So how do we change that? How do we make that better? I think really were we where we identify this gap, is through short term skills programms,. bridge skills programmes like m power and a number of others.
