Is There a Difference Between High Involvement and Low Involvment?

Roxanne Jones talks about interruptions in which someone cuts off a full sentence and changes the direction. She says it's different from high involvement style where you're saying a sentence, then moving on to the end. Some people use like un muting as a sort of lightweight signal that they want to take a turn - but zoom doesn't automatically mute or semi-mute other people when one is talking.
