I would say we grew up in one of the best times for fitness. I was just going to the gym, eating in a clork surplus and just like packing on size and strength. That's when like YouTube fitness started with Eric Holmes and Albert Arunas and Matt Oguis are talking about flexible dieting and tracking macros. And you probably most likely spend a decent amount of time before you got here,. Like the older you get now, you spend that time just bulking, massing, cutting, bulking. You're doing the reverse. The shred is always going to be there but the linses are not. So no matter what your weight loss or bodybuilding
