Twitter is a business, not necessarily to make huge amounts of money. But it does exist to fun as engineering organization and untalling my pears. If you're going to be happy here, you got to be a litle bit self motivated. And i like to disclose that up front, because i really don't want someone to come in and three months later, like one than once given us a cookie.
