The Political Case for Cornish Devolution

In an Irish context, there is the possibility of having a Celtic nation in the realm of ideas and politics. In Cornwall, there is no such possibility in the 20th century. It's not like Cornwall has ever been granted some kind of local autonomous parliament or something like that. And so I would urge anybody who wants to explore that because it is a thing.
