Dan Brown is an Information Architect and Principal at the User Experience Consultancy, 8 Shapes. Dan has written two books that deal with communications and collaboration on design teams. In his most recent book, Practical Design Discovery, he deals with the very first face of a project in which the product team seeks to understand the design problem. We met Dan at EuroIA 17 where he held a workshop called Crafting the Discovery Face.
