Once you're feeling lousy and you're dehydrated, it's a signal that you should eat something. Sometimes we just are not able to rehydrate enough in a fasted state. For post-medopausal women, I usually recommend that they create a calendar schedule as opposed to a schedule based on their cycle because they don't have a cycle.
