What Drives You to Write a Book About Grief?

A lot of people have gone through some kind of grief like that, and af writing a book about it. What i realized early on is people process grief in different ways. For example, my wife, bada, she was into journal journalling,. But often she would just write her emotions, write out her prayers. That's not going to work for me as someone who has drama. I hope there's better answers and a better view of god than kind of where i was.
