The Importance of Communication in a Team
When you bring someone into a team, it's not just about the technical face and their ability to close out geotechnics or trackers. It's about whether they subscribe to vision and values - we're very strong in communication and collaboration. And I suppose for each of us, there may be a kind of point, probably within a probation period where we set it and others enough,. But I think that probably better is from person to person.
