There's kind of a gray zone like, yeah, and it's funny because you kind of go down the list when you read this Nova classification system,. You're like, okay, so is fat free, green, Greek yogurt, that's probably minimally processed. But if it's add, if you, if they added fruit and sugar to it, now that's ultra processed. And it's like, man, you almost needed a degree in this stuff to kind of know what it is. Yeah.
