How to Track Calories and Macros
Calorie tracking is great, but for this purpose it's just not going to work. As soon as you track calories, you introduce a whole bunch of arbitrariness into the equation and also just a lot of personal biases that we just can't help having. If you want to go somewhere purposefully, like travel from A to B consciously and with a direction, I think calorie tracking cannot be a part of this. The same applies for macros,. although protein, you can track and I really don't think that's an issue.
