When i was writing my dissertation, i got really stock and couldn't move forward. And the therapist in charge of that woman's group said to me, hey, why don't you come see me for some therapy? Like, it never would have occurred to me to go to therapy. It just didn't know,. My life was ok, but i wasn't tapped into the fact that i was, i had this underlying anxiety. Was prone to depression.
