What to Do About Stocks and Bonds?

The question i keept getting is, what to do about stocks and bonds? And now that they're both down, i don'tknow answers nothing. The psychological value of having cash allows you to survive. Ad nobody wants to hold cash in a bull market, especially with interest rates at one nd hae percent. For me, all the stuff that i'm investing and i'm not spending it in the next 12, 24, 36 months. Yat stinks that my net worth is gone down, or ever. But it doesn't impact me now that if i needed the money, i'd be freaking out. Here's anything i want to warn people about.
