Is the Vice President's Function a Ministerial Function?

There's nothing more antithetical to democracy than allowing a single person to overrule the voters in this country. The decision about whether a crime was committed is com beg in the hands of the justice department. I think it's very clear that although every scholar i know who has reviewed it said that the vice president's function is ministerial and has to simply do what the electoral a but the voters a direct maybe you can make that more explicit. But i thinkwe should all wait for the full report from the select committee.I expect they'll make a set of recommendations. It's most important to make sure that the people who are involved in this attempted coup, are accountable.
