i always thought that when the day came, i would be there to hold her paw as she was put to sleep. The next few days were a bit of a blur, understandably. I remember crying every night and asking sam to forgive me. When pets pass over, they are meant to cross the rarainbow bridge. O oh, so i i spent, i cried every night in asking sam to forgiven me. Until one morning when i heard my parents leave for their usual coffee run. In a matter of mere seconds, my brain went from trying to make sense of how to actually hearing what was playing somewhere over the rainbow blake o - it's a beautiful version of that song
