Consciousness Is Fundamental

The standard form of panpsychism will say that consciousness is fundamental. It doesn't hold in virtue of anything more basic, he says. And then they argue that, well, usually when we have fundamentality, we have ubiquity. So the dualists and the panpsychists agree on that point. The main thing they disagree about is how widespread consciousness is in nature. But that's just not. That's basically just the conclusion of my argument.
