The company had given free surveillance starter kit to President Museveni as a gift. But then it won the bidding process for $126 million state-of-the-art surveillance system. And when they couldn't figure out how to break into Bobby Wine's phone, engineers turned around and took over the spyware so they were able to sniff out all of his plans.
