In the 12th Congressional District of New York last fall a school teacher named Mrs. Shirley Chatham was elected to Congress. She understood the women in her district actually out voted the men in her district. The people that make her life difficult really are the seniority. Power is not what she's seeking. She's actually seeking transformation. And so she becomes a thorn in their side really.
