Is Rishi Sunak a Prime Minister?

I am moderately optimistic about how he will do. My overwhelming sense is that the adults are back in the room and that things will slowly return to some semblance of normality. I think we have an adult as Prime Minister in a way that we haven't had for some time shall we say. Let's hope that he will look after the country reasonably well between now and let's say 18 months time when we can hand over to the proper grown-up in Kears' Starmer.
