i think it's so easy, especially if you do an office job, to not always believe that every firm has access to purpose. But the real differentiation between these retail firms who a very emphatically delivering purpose and ta sense of meaning is really stark. If you go to marcadona, they will call their customers the bosses. And everything is around the customer. Everything that they do, they say, we don't do anything that doesn't add value to the customer. So e wen, the front line employee, what they 're thinking about is, how do i make decisions that make a positive difference in the life of somebody else? I mean, we are social animals.
