How to Build a Community on the Ocean

There's a large body of water on the map. Where is it? What does it look like? Before the next session, I'm going to switch these two fucking panels so Justin will stop complaining about it. Or there's a giant man made structure on the map; where is it? Why is it abandoned? This is definitely me. We haven't done that in all of human history,. but he should be able to bang it out in a month. Well, no, I never intended him for the entire ocean, but the area off the shore would seem to make the most sense without going too far afield - at least to start the community.
